On a cold starry night, as the mild breeze brushes my hair and little pinpricks of lights from the crowded street wink at me, I drift off into random thoughts. And just after minutes of pondering over my same old boring life, Vaishu's voice pops into my mind.
Love! She said. Love!! Well, it's the most popular word yet again.
So Love.... Is it red roses, cotton candy and butterflies or is it thorns and locked rooms and hysteria?? You could never fix on one, could you?
On second thought, why am I even thinking about this? I would never of course get into this trap. I mean who cares. Duh. "But, can you promise?" came Vaishu's voice. I frowned at that thought. Hmmmm I don't wish to try. I'll stay this way. As a calm, mind your own business kind of girl. "Yes Ash, that's it. Don't waste your time on this." I told myself. "Love. Huh!". And as I walked back, Vaishu's smirking face flashed onto my already full head.
Meet Ash. Yes that's me. A simple, calm, girl next door type who wishes nothing but peace. Yes, you heard it right. Be calm or just leave me alone and go shout somewhere else or pull someone else's leg. You don't want to be bored by this introvert.
