Inara Noble a nineteen-year-old girl, is a genetic mutant created by the government, a secret weapon. Shortly after retiring from the army and being positioned in an unsuspecting neighborhood she begins receiving alien communications in her head, instructions for building a capsule of some sort. With the help of her geeky friends and the generous paycheck for her service with the government, Inara begins building the capsule. The government soon discovers the construction site and out of fear, Inara is taken to a prison for all the government's other mistakes.
