Yellow Is A Depressing Color

We all have our favorite colors. Colors are what binds us together. We associate colors with emotions, when we are happy, green is what we smile at. When we are scared, gray is the color that comes to mind. When we are angry, the red fiery is told to calm down to a cool blue.

Black is the one that no one argues with. When we grief, we wear black. We think of black.

Depression? Black.

Darkness? Black.

Death? Black.

No one thinks yellow is depressing.

But it is. All of them are if you know why it is.

If you know why then you can agree. Yellow is a depressing color.

~~This is an explanation of the story~~

The main character is named Anais Baker, she is only six years old. Her mother died from cancer, it was too late when the cancer was detected.

Bradon is her classmate. He knew where to go for the funeral because when he went home, after school when everyone made fun of Anais wanting to wear yellow at her mother's funeral, he told his mother about it. His mother found Anais mother's funeral in the death notice in the newspaper.

Also, everyone at the funeral looked at them funny because they wore yellow instead of black. People were upset at that.

Also, Brandon's mother brought friends who knew Anais's mother, she found them through research, she found as many people as she could and asked them to wear yellow for the funeral.
