To Whom It May Concern

To Whom It May Concern is a story about two people who are completely, totally and utterly in love with each other. They write each other letters about their feelings but never exchange them. All the while adressing each other as "To Whom It May Concern". Will the two ever discover each others letters or will it all just be kept a secret?

To Whom It May Concern,

Look, I need to tell you something... I don't want to say this to your face.  I've had a humongous crush on you since the beginning of school.  Sorry I didn't tell you earlier but I didn't know how.     I'm not exactly sure how you feel about me but I just wanted to tell you.  Things have been getting weird between us lately and I'm not sure if it's because we spend too much time together or too much time apart.  I know you have a girlfriend and all but I feel like this friendship isn't going to last much longer anyways.  You give me mixed signals, on one hand you beg me to tell you who I like but on the other hand you call me boring.  WHAT GIVES?  So if you don't like me like that then thats fine but could you stop playing with my heart?  I'm startimg to think that I'm too good for you anyways.
