Indigo. A West coast superhero who stops corrupt officials, criminals, bank robberies, and whatever other mishaps occur. A superhero that truly has no super powers then common sense and military training.

Phantom. An east cost 'criminal' who steals pet food to feed hungry animals and donates large amounts of money to reputable charities. His body a swirling mix of markings making him seem like a black mist in the shape of a body.

Nate just wants to forget the past. Rhys wants to live his life with Shadow. Indigo just wants to stop Phantom, and Phantom just wants to be friends.
