He watched her, he wanted her, and he longed to kill her.....

To 28 year old Logan Von Kuizenga, New Year is just a celebration with her friends and family. Sure, it symbolizes the fresh start of the upcoming year and leaving the past behind, but for Logan, it's the time to gather her friends and family in one place and look forward to the bright new future that is in store for them.

On the eve of New Year, just like the clock strikes midnight to bring in a new year, a killer strikes with murder. Logan, who was looking forward to the new year with hope and joy, is now bringing in the new year with sadness and fear.

It is up to Logan, a crime novelist, and an idiotic, but handsome detective to come together and put their differences aside, to solve this murder mystery before the killer strikes again....at midnight.

Clocks really do strike at midnight.
