Katie, a 17 yr old high school students life changes drastically when a newborn baby enters her life. She finds an infant, who she soon names Lexie, crying in a garbage bin on the side of a street. She forms such a special bond with the child that she doesn't have the heart to give her away to an orphanage. So she has to manage senior year as well as a baby all herself. Until, the dashing Blake comes to rescue. Blake dates Katie for about 2 weeks and then she introduces him to Lexie. Blake is different from the other guys Katie has dated, most guys see the baby and run. But Blake adores her and treats her as if she's his own child. An undeniable love forms between Blake and Katie and their relationship grows with the help of little Lexie.
