Dear Diary,
Today makes it two years and three days since I've been forced to marry that sick bastard. On our second anniversary he tried to have his fun but as always I turned him down. He continues to beat me every day and I don't know how much more I can take. You ask why don't I just run away but he has this place surrounded by guards to where I can't even go out the bedroom without somebody questioning me. To end my poor life I tried taking the pills but that didn't work, I tried putting a bullet through my temple but didn't have the courage to do it, so I have retorted to cutting. Please don't be mad but it's the only way I can go another day and it somewhat relieves the pain... I guess.
