L'histoire se déroule quelque moi après que les frères Sakamaki ainsi que Yui se sont rendu compte que la légende d'Adam et Eve n'étais qu'un leurre de Karl Sakamaki (leur père). Toutefois, le manoir ne va pas tarder à accueillir 5 nouvelles têtes : Les "Diabolik Angels", un groupe de fille très populaire à travers le monde. Que va t-il se passer dans ce manoir avec des vampires, pourront-ils tous cohabiter tous ensemble ?

"Once you have found your Adam, the five of you, including Yui Komori, must decide amongst yourselves as to who will be the one to rule this world with their Adam by their side." "However, I must warn you that by agreeing to move forward, you may not be able to return to the world you just came from." "So, do you think you are brave enough to face this world and find your Adam? Or would you prefer to return to the world where magic by all means, does not exist?"
