Joining the throng of dwarves already present at the home under the hill, I stood in the corner wondering why I had come. Gandalf had asked for my assistance and, while it was already unwise to deny the wizard my help when I owed him so much, I had to see with my own eyes if it was true. Were they really so foolhardy, to march upon the mountain that wretched dragon now called its lair? They need me, so I am here. For him, for all of them. Would they remember me, and if so would they embrace my return or shun me into leaving again?
