Everyone knows that you do not piss off an alpha. Especially if you are his mate.

Ally was not looking for anything new in her life. She was single but loved by her family and her community. Her world was turned upside-down when a new family wanders into town.

*Sneak Peak*
Ally felt her heart pounding as she listened to the pounding on her door.

"Let me in, Ally!"

His deep voice had a way of making her skin crawl in all the right ways.

"Bite me." She muttered.

"Oh, believe me, mate. I plan on it."
She could practically see the grin on his smug face. He wants to play that game...fine...game on.

"Not by the hair off my chinny-chin-chin, wolf boy."
She heard him growl. It reminded her of the first time she looked at him. How foolish she was to think he was just a cute guy.

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I will KICK THE FUCKING DOOR IN!"

My Mother Runs With Wolves

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
