She remembered when it first happened; her first kill, it was still fresh in her mind, haunting her dreams. Her clan, they were ruthless, always giving her orders to this and that, training her till she passed out, making her go on missions for them so they could get rich, it disgusted her.

Her clan leader thought Konoha would be suspicious of why the Haruno Clan was being more reserved than usual, so he sent her to become a ninja. He warned her not to show her real abilities, even if she had to die.

Sakura knew that everyone - even her clan leader - was afraid of her because they knew she could kill them without breaking a sweat, but she didn't for one reason; she didn't want Konoha to interrogate her, knowing she would be bored to death in a cell as well as being interrogated.
