Im Laufe seines Lebens hat 47 bereits unzählige Menschen getötet, ist dabei jedoch stets unerkannt geblieben und seinen Verfolgern jedes Mal entkommen. Er zählte zu den besten Agenten, doch irgendwann wird auch der beste von diesen alt und so zieht sich 47 im hohen Alter in die rumänische Wildnis zurück, um dort ungestört seinen Lebensabend verbringen zu können. Letztlich holt ihn jedoch seine Vergangenheit ein und schon bald sieht 47 einem neuen Gegner entgegen, der sich als sein letzter herausstellen könnte.
47 und einige andere Charaktere, die in dieser Geschichte vorkommen, sind aus dem Spiel "Hitman" genommen, die Handlung ist jedoch von mir.
