Well it's an actual incident occurred when I was like 12 years old with my brother(cousin but I called him brother) 16 years old, in my parent's native place in some festival I don't remember, was late night. It was an encounter with some weird sightings and noises which seemed pretty much like "Human Giggles" but high pitched and creepy.
It can be hard to believe.
And this is my first story.
