Imagine a city of perfection.
No homeless, no work, no currency, no rulers, no need to do anything. Basically a utopia for almost everyone. 

Now imagine a place of torture just outside of those walls. Starvation. Cannabilism. This place is for the people who have ever killed.

But some innocent people live there, too.

This is a story of two men, one anxious for a way out of his dull life in a paradise, and another wanting to run to safety, and out of the place of danger, and these two men somehow meet in the middle.

(I'm sorry I suck at descriptions. Almost everyone does.)
