Allira Opi St.Clare,  has always know their was something special about her.   Learning at a young age she could do things others couldn't, like blowing out a candle an relighting it, without touching it, like rolling a pencil around on her desk without touching it or making someone sneeze or cough just by staring at them and wanting it to happen.  Not knowing much about her past from being an orphan and jumping foster homes,  she is finally 18 and ready to search for her missing parents and learn more about her mysterious past.
