"Karmen had started feeling exactly like her first car; old, unpleasant to see, slow, missing pieces, torn, and suffering from a bit too many breakdowns, each leaving it worse than before." ~~~~~ Have you ever felt that way before? Felt like the walls around you are closing in and slowly suffocating you while everyone else stares on, oblivious to your suffering. Then you know how Karmen felt. This is the story of Karmen Clark and how all of life's twists and turns, cruel tricks and jokes, how the consequences of her choices and the casualties of fate lead her to an unexpected path, one which just might change her fate. ~~~~~ Just a heads up, this story isn't exactly about dogs. Where the Black Wind Blows
A short story about an agoraphobic woman living alone on a small farm property. It follows her descent into hopelessness at her situation, as well as the increasing tension with her twin, who has been taking care of her. This is very amateur, and I don't usually do creative writing, so I apologize for any messiness or beginner mistakes. The first part was written all the way back when I was still in High School, so pardon the poorer quality there. Any feedback/constructive criticism is very welcome.Complete
