So that is where my story ends for now, and I am sitting at my desk at home, wondering what to do about it all. It is a Saturday night and the rink is about to close. I have my blackberry in my hand with a text open from him. "Meet me at the rink" I was deciding whether or not I should go, would it be a good idea to leave my two younger brothers with my dead tired mother, or would I have to turn him down. Why was this decision so hard to make? I placed a hand on my cheek, holding my face up. I knew the answer exactly. Because I loved him. Violet Clef has had a tough childhood, but it there was never a dull moment, being the only girl among her five brothers, she's lived her whole life knowing only what her small hometown had to offer. But, when the new boy, Zayne meets her by chance, it seems he can't take his eyes of her, and hers off him. What started out a friendship based on school work, turned into a friendship that blossomed over the need to be with one another. Until, Zayne stops talking to her, pulls back from meeting her, and soon they drift apart. But will Violet let her only friend in the small town leave her? And will she learn more about herself and her family history with Zayne around?

Forced to go to hockey games with her sister, and going to school with these hockey 'freaks' is going to be horrible. Or so she thought. But she meets Cole, center for the high school team.
