My thought of Michael Jackson biopic "Searching for Neverland" pt 1

OK my thoughts on "Searching for Neverland"
~Why wasn't it billed as "Based on a true Story"?
~Where was the 3rd bodyguard? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOyXqMU2Ags
~Navi did a good acting job (especially for his first role) but his English accent was so very noticeable, like I had feared
~These bodyguards were not with MJ the 7 months prior to the "Death Announcement" so they are unaware of what happened to Michael
~I like the part about the "MJ is dead" fake story, which did happened, watch Alive III for those stories in 2007 & 2008 here www.vimeo.com/ondemand/aliveIIIMichaelJackson
~I liked the part demonstrating that MJ knew how to disguise his voice-as I know Peter does ALL the time (side note Papa Joe does that too until he knows whose calling and I heard him do it myself when I called and then when he discovered I was just returning his call, he'd drop the phony voice)
~MJ had money issues until end of 2007 when he refinanced his Sony/ATV catalog, in which he received a total of $41 million that is covered in "Alive III Michael Jackson The Living Dead" and I show the legal document from someone involved and who got paid nearly a half a million dollars on December 27, 2007. www.vimeo.com/ondemand/aliveiiimichaeljackson (see below in the comments for the proof)
