Not long after her daughter Rory was born sixteen year old Lorelai ran away from home to the small town of Stars Hollow and got a job as a maid at the local inn but what would have happened if she hadn't run away? Would she still have ended up in Stars Hollow? Would she ever have met Luke? Would she still have wanted to open an Inn or would she have taken a different career path?

Rory Gilmore has a beautiful four-year old daughter who has never met her father. When Finn and Rory run into each other at the zoo, he quickly puts the pieces together and realizes that life has taken crazy turns that no one could have predicted. How will he fit into the lives of Rory and Emma? How will Emma's father react when he runs head first into the reality that is his ex-lover's and daughter's lives now? Will Rory finally get her happily ever after?

When Rory graduates from Chilton and starts her college life at Yale, she is going to encounter a few unexpected obstacles. Her high school nemesis is her roommate, and the most annoying boy she has ever encountered is also a student. He got sent away from Chilton during their Junior year, but no one had heard anything from him when Rory bumped into Tristan Dugray on campus. Will he still be that same annoying boy calling her Mary, or has he matured enough to show Rory that he really does care?

What if Lorelai gave Rory to Chris. What if after 17 years Rory moves back to Lorelai. What if Rory grew up in New York. What if Rory and Jess dated from the start. What if Rory was a Gilmore-Hayden.

At the end of Gilmore Girls: A Year In the Life, Rory finds herself carrying a permanent reminder of Logan. She unexpectedly finds comfort in the arms of a friend. Follow on the journey of Rory and Finn as their love blooms from a delicate friendship. These are ASP's characters, I'm just using them to create my own twist! :-) It's my own Finn-fiction!

Rory has worked on the campaign trail and years later her life seems to be crashing around her when she reconnects with someone from her past. Will she be able to move past the annoying boy he was at Chilton? Will she be able to move past losing Logan? Tristan still works for the Military school he was sent away to during their Junior year. What will he do when he finds his Mary again? This story takes place during AYITL. Read the story and find out. This story will be updated at least three times a week until it is completed.
