I am a monster. I am a monster for leaving my father to die on that horrible day when they caught up to us. Maybe this is stupid to feel this way. I would have died either way. The only difference is dying in cowardice, for running away from your prison, or dying in pride, going down fighting for a noble cause, knowing that you changed something. That decision is harder than you think. And I'll be facing it soon enough. Btw I'm so sorry that this is all over the place; I wrote it in 6th grade lol. This story kind of explains why I have problems finishing stories, u have ideas then it like how do I make them not so cliché or cringe worthy. A short story with a semi finished ending, it leaves me a bit of wriggle room to add to, if I decide to.
