What Xander thought was a simple pill to kill off the pain in his leg turned into a lot more. He trips, the bottle falls and the pills scatter everywhere, he falls into the bathtub, bruises his arm and knocks out. Next thing he knows, he's being blamed for committing suicide and lands himself in an inpatient program for something he really didn't do. As if things can't get any worse, he meets Liam, a bipolar boy who soon becomes his best friend, Dylan, who has intermittent explosive disorder and automatically falls in love with him, Oliver, the loud guy with ADHD, and Criss, the mysterious boy who changes it all...
