When Catwoman suggests that Harley Quinn return to her old life, Harley, now free of her abusive relationship due to Joker' s death six months ago, agrees and begins working on her reformation. But Ivy puts up a fight, believing the decision to be stupid due to Harley's violent nature. Harley decides anyway to become Harleen again, but it doesn't last. Quinzel, now living in Brooklyn with her sister and daughter, hears a rumor going around that the Joker is alive. She knows this to be untrue, she watched him die... But the constant reminder of Joker's death sets her off, and the clown princess of crime is back once again. Ivy and Catwoman use this opportunity to try and get Harley to work with them again, but she declines. But when Catwoman is framed for a series of brutal murders, it's up to her alter ego, Selina Kyle, to look for the real killer. Ivy agrees to help her, and they eventually convince Harley to join them. Together, they search for the true killer, and in doing so, discover a chilling secret beneath the streets of Gotham city.

Penguin is up to his tricks again, but this time Batman is not here to stop him since he is doing his time with the Justice League and Commissioner Gorgon is on vacation with his daughter. The GCPD decides to call batman's partners. Luckily Nightwing and Red Hood were the only ones available. On their way to stop Penguin they encounter Harley Quinn along the way. Harley was recently seen by Penguin and has put a bounty on her to finish her for good. This takes place a couple of years after Harley and the Joker broke up for good. Nightwing decides to help Harley while Red Hood is in the alternative. They work together to capture penguin and hopefully get rid of the bounty that has been set on Harley. Little Cathleen could only lay there motionless and watch, whilst slipping into a coma. She slept for a year, but then woke up. The doctors didn't know how to console the traumatized six year old girl, so they let her cry it out. Once she was able to leave the hospital, she was sent to Juvi, because all of Gotham's orphanages where full. She was in Juvi for a year, before taken hostage by Joker. That's when she met Batman, and Red Robin, and Red Hood, And Nightwing. They saved her, they notice that she shouldn't be in Juvi, so they bring her to an orphanage. The Gotham Queen
This is my own personal version of how our lovable Dr. Harleen Quinzel fell in love with the psychopathic clown known as The Joker. This will be a dark story. I mean, it is about Joker and his story isn't a pretty one. There will be dark, mature themes in this book. It is not for the faint of heart. That being said, if you are not comfortable with this, then skip those parts. I will have them marked, and I will leave subtle hint, so you get the basic gist of what happened. I do not own any of these characters or the various original stories!! I just made my own remake of it. All rights go to the DC Universe and the creators of these awesome people. Thank you for trying out this story. I'm sorry if the parts that are from Joker's POV are terrible, but I tried to get as close to his twisted personality as possible. It isn't exactly easy to predict what the most unpredictable character ever made would say and do. I mostly went off of the movie scenes for his character.
