Milena Braginskaya and James Kirkland are best friends, and two Year 8 students at the Moscow Academy for Exchange and Advanced Students. But they're not just regular students. They're spies for the W.P.A., also known as the World Protection Agency.

A new mission as been revealed and as it turns out, it's taking place at their very own Secondary School (8-12). However, the mission is a little bit.. different, compared to the ones they're used to.

An unknown and unidentifiable boy at MAEAS is a twisted, lovesick killer, but the agents at W.P.A. aren't sure who it is. According to another spy at the W.P.A., the boy is a Yandere, someone who feels terrible romantic love and passion for one person, typically called a "Senpai" or "Kouhai".
This boy is after one girl and one girl only: Tara Yamada. Anyone who interacts with her is guaranteed certain harm or even death.

Unfortunately, James and Milena are left with the challenge to protect these people from someone they don't know.

However, they're not working alone. It just so happens that they gain the help of the wealthiest, smartest, prettiest, strongest girl in the school (who also just so happens to be student council president), Megami Saikou. Then they manage to attract help from the toughest boy, the Delinquent King, Osoro Shidesu, on their side as well.

After Milena and James befriend the rest of the killers rivals, they must do everything in their power to keep them away from Tara Yamada, keep the rivals safe, and make sure the rivals are totally clueless to what's really going on at the same time.
