Sevastopol

The irradiated wasteland once known as the Soviet Union is on it's last leg. Only one remnant of civilization remains, the city of Sevastopol. Now with a growing number of problems and a risky choice to be made, Sevastopol could go the way of the rest of the Soviets, or it could carve it's own path. The rest of the world hangs in the balance.
