I never really thought of how I would die.
Tears ran down my face as I thought of Bruce and how guilty he'll feel. How Wally will feel. How I feel.
I tried getting up, but I couldn't move.
I was falling.
My legs felt broken everything felt broken.
I closed my eyes thinking of my childhood wishing I just had a little more time. Just a little.

Alone
Nightwing has been abandoned, first by his mentor, Bruce, then by Wally, his best friend, then by his second family, and now by everyone else. They blame him for what happened to Wally, they blame him for Kaldur almost dying, for Megan getting captured, for the destruction of the cave, and for keeping this all secret from them. Nobody asked him if he wanted to be left in charge, nobody asked him if he was alright during the invasion, nobody seemed to remember that he was only eighteen, nobody seemed to realize that he had to become Batman and protect Gotham along with Bludhaven , and nobody seemed to care about what their words did to him. Everyone knows that stress can hurt you, that you should try to get unstressed when you are stressed. However, some people can't, and so, what happens to them? What do you do when you're a homeless kid on the streets of Gotham? Becoming a criminal is SO straight-forward, so how about something new? Dick Grayson and Wally West, or better known as Robin and Finch, are robbers with a seemingly random pattern and motive. But what happens when a Bat figures out it's not so random, and these teen-aged criminals are not as "bad" as they make themselves out to be? One Young Justice encounter later, and the pair fight for their lives; their lives as either criminals or what they can become. I don't own DC or any references made in this. Befriending The Enemy
While on a mission, things get out of hand and the groups end up splitting. Robin is hunted and shot twice in the abdomen. He manages to escape them, making his way to an abandoned building where, to his surprised, held Deathstroke. With the help of an enemy, Deathstroke nurses Robin back to health. When Robin is healed, through the weeks with Deathstroke, he finds comfort in him. Deathstroke, Sensing this, decides to help get Robin's strength back up. With Robin learning new things that Batman never taught him, Robin decides to stay with Deathstroke as a new apprentice, not realizing the mental damage he was doing to his old team. While they were out searching for Robin. Thinking he was dead, little did they know Robin was living his best no strings attached life. After 5 years, the Team gets a mission which happens to be tracking down Deathstroke and his unknown apprentice. When they find him, what will they think? Will Robin even apologize? Is Robin even Robin anymore? What will Batman think? How much has changed on both sides?
