But the girl who's name is not Wendy doesn't care. She is diagnosed with lung cancer, anxiety, and maybe even depression. She claims though she is alive and breathing she is not living. Can this werewolf Peter, a pack of Lost Wolves, and the ever so spiteful sidekick Belle be able to bring the Neverland she's always dreamed of into her life?

One day she finally had enough of the verbal abuse she received and decided to run away. She wakes up in a strange land surrounded by teenage boys with one in particular who takes an unwanted interest in her. His name was Peter Pan. The most gruesome villain in the land. Abigail believes that there is good in Peter Pan but when she can't leave Neverland until she admits to herself who she really is. Peter Pan and Abigail spend time together both good with some laughs and bad with a lot of screaming and tears while she attempts to get off of the island without any help from Peter or the lost boys. Will Abigail make it off the island? Will Peter give up his villain ways to be with Abigail? Does Abigail stay in Neverland forever and not age? Or does she take Peter and the lost boys back to Storybrooke with her?
