Told from the perspective of a 18 year old fictional story teller, this is a story that every young child experiences when they pick up their very first Pokemon console game. The twist? Because the wonderful, amazing, excellent author (and maybe a bit egocentric ¡ ) is older, more possibilities are up for grabs. How about... A trainer that somehow becomes able to understand Pokemon speech, super powers never hurt, a love story always adds much needed sentimentality to a story, and plenty of action (Pokemon and non-related Pokemon). But be warned! The author has specifically written the story intended for older audiences. Well.. Let's be realistic here.. This story'll probably get what, like, three readers? Whatever. Let's just have fun with this and hope somebody gets enjoy it besides the author
