After a useless summer spent in Base 5, Logan Ryder (aka Dustin Light) is sent away from his friends to a station in the mountains with the most obnoxious recruit G.U.A.R.D. has ever seen: Athena Cleve. Of course, his station and Base 5 are attacked by the League, and, worse, Ally is reportedly seen flying away with the enemy organization. Upon mounting a rescue for her, Logan finds someone he is not at all expecting. To be sleeping in a weird, human-sized pod, at least.
But things can't be THAT easy. In the midst of trying to "protect" his friends by not telling them anything, Logan has to be rescued himself from a League encampment, and, of course, then gets kidnapped. By his sister. The assassin one, not the one who lost her memory due to a serum given to her by the assassin one.
Sisters are the best.

Sex/sexual acts. Self-harm/talk of suicide. Assault. There are not warnings at the beginnings of chapters. Some themes are rather dark and may be triggering - hence the warnings here. POV story, Y/N format. Slow burn, kinda. Heavy relationship focus leading up to the events in season 4. Not everything will fit with the show but it's a fiction anyway so *shrug* All Stranger Things characters obviously belong to the incredible Duffer Brothers. Here we are, a SPIN-OFF story of my "Curly Head" series, in which Andy actually went on that one job he previously ditched and got himself into quite a predicament. Summed up: thirteen year old boy from Laterano ships himself off to fight in the Kazdel Civil War for peacekeeping reasons, situation turns to shit at the end of his tour, forced to stay in Kazdel and make money as a merc, meets up the first W's crew at the age of sixteen, circus-slapstick follows. Ps: I'm not giving up on "Almost Green", only taking a small break and also delivering some much needed fluff-ish stuff.
