She sighed as she looked in the mirror. She saw nothing special. What she saw was a tiny, skinny girl with pale green eyes. That looked too big to fit on her heart shaped face. Her long chestnut brown hair, that once used to be sleek and shiny, was pulled into a nappy bun on the top of her head. She used to be one of the prettiest, outgoing girls, but now she no longer had any energy whatsoever to even get up in the morning. She's sick of crying, tired of trying, and even though she is smiling, she is slowly dying on the inside. She was just waiting for him to love her the way she loved him because one of the most heartbreaking feelings is when you come to realize that the person you absolutely adore doesn't even remotely return your feelings. And even when she try's her hardest and continues to be left unappreciated, she still can't bring herself to leave, because this one person just means too much to her. This is the said truth of love that is generally untold. Fairytale endings don't exist.
