The doors of death have been closed, but of course there are still the "dead" roaming around. A lot of people, a lot in the United Kingdom, are supposed to be dead, and they're just roaming the streets. And of course, it's Nico di Angelo's job to catch them, to chase the "ghosts" as he calls them.
