These days, meeting someone who is either in the LGBTQ+ community, or a supporter, is common place. But, that doesn't stop the hate. Yet, Pride Month is theirs. Parades, celebrations of pride, bring in these people and their supporters from all over.

Evita was one of these. Though she grew up as Evan, she always knew something was different. She wasn't in the right body. Now, though she has been kicked out by her family, shunned, she knew that Evita was who she was. Pride month is her time to shine, and she is ready.
