Marinette Dupain-Cheng is NOT ok, at all. Everyday, she gets tortured by Chloe at school, physically AND emotionally. Marinette has a fake smile on her face everyday and she guesses it works since no one notices. At least, she thought no one notices. A teen model by the name of Adrien Agreste notices, and worries everyday, after all, she was one of his first REAL friends, with Nino and Alya. He couldn't take it anymore, and decided to follow Marinette, only to see her be weak, yelled at, bullied, even worse... abused by Chloe. He immediately calls the police as Chat and visits her. Until one day, Chat sees what Marinette has been hiding, cuts and blades, pills and what he feared... suicidal thoughts. During her panic, she begins to cut again only to be stopped by Chat and treated. He starts checking on her and they became friends, best friends. But soon, feelings were developed, strong feelings. What will happen now, when their imperfect selves are being shown perfect to each other?
