Life finds him desperate, lonely, and sad, and finally, one night, he has the courage to find his true happiness among the dead, if it weren't for a stranger's shout.
Patrick Stump lives a dream. Most popular and beautiful boy in high school, all forms of happiness were delivered to him on a silver platter. But he never was truly happy. He walks the streets wearing a mask of fake smiles to hide the demons that haunt him. All he wanted was to make this world less fucked up.
Their lives are opposites. But watch them change themselves and each other. Watch as their dreams are realized. And it all starts with a shout.
