A 16-year old boy named Smoke lost his mother and older sister. They were the most important things to him but now they are no longer with him. This fact has caused Smoke to become angry on the outside but depressed on the inside. He is very violent so nobody has allowed Smoke to stay with them in fear of him hurting them or their loved one. Then one day, four people he met moved to the woods with him. Will he overcome his depression and go back to being the kid he used to be or will his depression and anger swallow him up?

Death. That wasn't a word the family of five would use. It started to become a normal word for the Wingtips when their beautiful mother gets cancer.
