"What has been proposed is that in lieu of eliminating the entire Capital population, we have a final, symbolic Hunger Games, using the children directly related to those who held the most power." Says Coin. Joanna votes yes, Enobaria votes yes, Peeta votes no, Annie votes no, Beetee votes no, then it's down to just Katniss and Haymitch. They both vote YES!

Snow's granddaughter, Evelyn, was the first to be Reaped. Of course since she was directly related to Snow himself, the most hated, and most powerful person in the Capitol. (At least he used to be before Katniss shot him.) It was hard enough having to go into the Games, but she will also have to fight against close friends of her's.

We all know the story of the Mockingjay Rebellion.
