Snow's granddaughter, Evelyn, was the first to be Reaped. Of course since she was directly related to Snow himself, the most hated, and most powerful person in the Capitol. (At least he used to be before Katniss shot him.) It was hard enough having to go into the Games, but she will also have to fight against close friends of her's.
