    When Lilith Dawn puts in her Scholarship Application to Camp Ouachita, she doesn't really believe that her name would get chosen.  Camp would mean she could move up from servitude to the Varndell family of Vampires.  Camp would mean she wouldn't have to work in the Blood Harvesting Factories that are plagued by the hordes of homeless Humans. Ravenous children who just want enough money to eat. Camp would change everything. 
        
        But Camp Ouachita is full of people who have extraordinary powers.  People who have been blessed by the gods.  Does a Human even stand a chance?
