Dallas and Penny are brother and sister and have been close since the day Penny was born. But this summer, as Dallas graduates and Penny is still stuck in the cycle of high school, things begin to change. Dallas notices that they are beginning to grow apart, but doesn't realize the reason for that until it is too late. Now Dallas has to find a way to penetrate the sorrowful barrier that was built around his little sister, or risk losing her forever.
