The Doomed City

Sanction.

The city built within the bounds of rivers born from magma. It is here, in this place, this doomed and hopeless hole in the ground, that Yamen makes his business. The half-demon, or tiefling, runs with a band of scoundrels and lowlifes the likes of which you'd likely shy away from in a dark ally. In a place so dark and yet so warm, business has been good.

That is, until the Dark Knights arrive...
