Lucas Van Helsing had a fairly normal life. Good parents, a home, a dog. Sure, moving from place to place over and over again got tiring, but it's better life compared to others. Overall, he was pretty cool with his life. Until he hit puberty. Again. Seriously, as if normal puberty wasn't enough, he had to go through a weird vampire puberty too. He knew that going into puberty, there will be changes in his body and whatnot, but having his skin peel off like some kind of snake is a bit overkill. When his skin came off to reveal black markings all over him, his entire world turned upside down. BAM. Vampire. Goodbye normal life. Now Lucas has to completely change his view of reality and adapt to the new world he was thrown into. But guess what? He still has to attend high school. Vampire or no vampire. So his parents decide to move again, and ship him off to a monster school. He's never even seen another monster before, and now he's surrounded by them. Wish him luck.
