What happens when the heir of the oldest and strongest civilisation in the universe goes missing? A complex layered plot with shifting chronological focus. The Lost Prince is my debut attempt at writing a cohesive plot. I started writing it when i was 14, so please ignore the smaller mistakes. Whether we would have been better off as things are now, or with how his visions tell him things ought to have been. There are multiple worlds colonized by a vast space faring technologically and biologically enhanced human race all across the galaxy. Earth is just one of many of such colonies. At some point in our forgotten past Earth was cut off from our intergalactic neighbors and decides to fend for herself. Later we lose ourselves to infighting and nationalism instead of being true to our nature of being a space dwelling, intergalactic human cooperative. Now our space cousins are reestablishing contact with Earth. Bringing their superpower enabled, technological mastery of science so advanced as to seem supernatural. Eliminating slavery, wars, crime, diseases, climate shifts, and currency, with their arrival. Offering the promise of entry into a thriving united galactic empire. (I am dropping in from time to time updating the story with fresh ideas as they pop into my head this is so very much a first draft I have not even decided on names for some of the characters or different factions of humans that are to be encountered from beyond our solar system)

Shortly after being diagnosed powerless he was faced with an alien device granting him power like no other. From a young age he is granted immense power and responsibility. However that responsibility fails to completely sink in until the Musutafu incident. Being critically injured he is taken in by the creator of his alien device and is taken under his wing, as well as being used as a conduit for interplanetary peace. Years later he returns to Earth who is being faced with an increase in alien threats, follow his journey filled with twist and turns. Faced with his trauma, his humanity in face of his own power, and even love Izuku is pulled and dragged in every direction. Can he handle it? Of course he can. Afterall he is the universe's hero. You can't save multiple planets without gaining a thick skin. (Don't own anything except the plotline and OCs)

The remaining people have grouped together in packs and gangs, raiding the desolate cities and avoiding the ones called the Destroyers, who capture and torture the remaining survivors. No one is safe. One fifteen year old boy knows this better than anyone. He and his older sister lived together, sticking to the dark alleys of their abandoned city, and survived for years after the apocalypse, until the Destroyers came and took her away, reigning terror on the few who remained in the city. The boy, desperate to find someone to help him save his sister, leaves the city and finds one of the youngest cooperative packs in North America, called the Raiders, comprised of unwanted individuals with the strange powers left from the destruction of years past. Their leader, a destructive insomniac, promises to help him in return for the skills and usefulness this young boy seems to possess, but something disrupting sends waves of unease through the Raiders, something about a forgotten past and talk of a mutiny. "Maybe there's more to life than just surviving." ... Rated C for Caution. Though it's rated mature, there is no bad language or vivid descriptions of sexual contact. It does have very strong themes.
