Book 1 of the Cronus Brothers Series Hayes Dimitri Cronus was the oldest of three sons. At school, teachers adored him, girls threw themselves at him, and boys fear yet envy him. He's got the looks and personality fit for a bad boy, but he wasn't like that. He was responsible, intelligent, and a complete gentleman. But Hayes was getting tired of that. Sure he was respected and looked up upon at school, but at home? He was getting sick of how he turns invisible around his family whenever his younger brother - Zian - was around. Zian or Zee was a rebel in the body of a sweet-looking 12 year-old. In the eyes of his parents, he was the epitome of an angel. He and his 15 year-old brother, Posey, share the same distaste towards the youngest Cronus but they still love him (A little). Whenever Hayes decides to share his perfect scores, straight A's and other achievements, Zee would brag about his project in art class (Which, Hayes and Posey helped make). When Posey would talk about his swimming meet, Zee would complain about the food, which was when their parents would scold Hayes or Posey because it was their turn to make dinner. Yep, he was a pain in the neck. And so, it resulted in him accepting a full scholarship (like he needed one) from a school far, far away from his hometown and devil-of-a-brother. He was finally free and on his own. That is, until the dorm room fiasco and the fiery ball of sass named Persephone Michaelis.

Persephone has already been kidnapped by Hades, her unwanted and unexpected suitor. Demeter has already cast a famine on all the humans in her grief. Hades struggles to win Persephone over...but perhaps Persephone has always been meant to be with him, and she wasn't an innocent as she was thought she was... Moderate explicit parts. *not finished* "Look, Persephone, you're a reasonable Goddess, more reasonable than most. You have to understand I was not born the Lord of the Underworld. The title was appointed to me because I was the unlucky one. My job is just as important as my brother's jobs. I wasn't selected because of my cruel ways but now because of the way people speak of me and fear me now I am the cruel one whether or not I like it. Do you honesty think it is fair that it should work that way? People take one look at me and assume I'm the devil." Persephone crouches back in her seat. I realize I am standing and seat myself, trying to calm myself. "Do you honestly think that being in charge of the dead and judging them makes me undeserving of love, of a wife? I'm doomed to be exiled down here. I don't even have the sun to keep me warm, Persephone. You're all the sun I have..." *This story is also not meant to be factually accurate, and is simply an interpretation of the story.
