There was no light, or any real color in this cold desolate wasteland, all it was, was snow covered mountains, snow, very few trees, snow, ice covered rivers and trees, and more snow. Once in awhile there would be an occasional cave, and those caves were just as cold and desolate as the frozen world outside of them, but there was one cave that was neither cold nor desolate, from the outside it may seem as though it were, but if you were to cross the hidden barrier, the scene would change to a marvelous site, you would be met with a rush of warm air, nothing that would be to hot, but a cozy sort of warmness, nothing too hot nor to cold. You'll also see a light, it is faint, but dazzling colors bounce off the dark walls at the end of a long path, it isn't much, but it still illuminates the path before you.
(I do not own any of the characters from the elf quest comic that I am using in this story, but I do own my own characters and the story plot of this story, the characters from elf quest are created by Richard and Wendy Pini, but this story plot for my book and my own characters are all my own)
