Naruto crossover with DBZ, small logic bends from both series, also work in progress. I do not own anything besides a good plot. Masashi Kishimoto owns Naruto and Toei Animation owns Dragon Ball Z. Lastly the pairing is undecided and this is a neglect fic where naruto will become immensely strong. Summary Below.

A child neglected for his sisters, an ancient soul placed into him at birth, and a seal that prevents him from attaining chakra. In a world of loneliness and neglect how will one boy go from being powerless to attaining a power long forgotten by time. However, what will he do once he obtains it? Will he become Hokage, or perhaps a different kind of Kate? Will he forgive his biological family and reform bonds or will he make new bonds elsewhere? Also what on Earth will he ever do with this whole one wish crap? 
This all remains to be foreseen, but the one thing he can say for certain is, "FLYING IS AWESOME DATTEBAYO!"
