Carietta Diamond lived a troubled life, desperate to get away from a horrible past.  Out of fear, she runs off to California to stay with her older sister Ruby Chrome, who has offered to take her in.  When one of Carrie's freelance photography sessions ends with her taking a photo of famous YouTuber CaptainSparklez, her life suddenly changes in a flash.  She finds the one thing she never wanted but always needed; true love.  But when a traumatic event lands Carrie in the hospital, she may have to make the ultimate decision; to risk her life and the people she loves by staying in California, or run away and never return.
