Hiro can't understand how the people who appeared out of the sky know him, or why they're so desperate for his help. He's just a kid who's struggling to follow his brother Tadashi's example. What does this "Wilbur" have to do with it? What about "Penny?" And maybe most importantly of all, who is "Violet?"
