Magic and Science.

Two different spheres that separate society, each with their own beliefs of how the Universe functions. This rift between beliefs pulls the society apart. Under the rule of Dictator Cormac, magical families are captured and delivered to concentration camps, but why?

Ernest has been sheltered away from the world for the longest time, only being allowed to leave his home (more like a mansion) only to attend school. Though he doesn't mind at first, the more he sees magical ways of life start to pop up in the purely scientific capital, his thirst for knowledge increases. As much as his father, Colonel George Myrth, convinces him that the magical families are lower than him, Ernest can't help but wonder if mages and wizards actually dangerous to society.

And what would happen if he met one?
