Delilah Noel struggles with a pressing mental disorder and an abusive father. She wants it to stop so badly. She's tried to convince her mom to leave him, but she hasn't.  Her mom used to be there for her through so much, but now because of her dad, Delilah has drifted from dependence on her mom and instead decides to deal with her mental issues on her own. But being someone who hears voices along with paranoia, it's very difficult for her to do so. She does have her friends Ashley and Chris that she relies on for support, who help her out in any way they can.

All she wants is to just have a normal life and a happy family, but I guess things like that don't come easy to people like her. 

(A/N: I'm kinda bad at descriptions, but the story is good, I promise. I'm putting a lot of work into this story. Also there are some band members from other bands as characters in this story as well. I hope you guys enjoy it.)All Rights Reserved

Chris Cerulli's best female friend has been Melanie Dawson since they were in childhood. They never ever saw themselves as anything more than that. They had an absolutely wonderful friendship together though. After being friends for over twenty-five years, they'd been through pretty much everything together. Chris was even up front with the bridesmaids when Melanie got married. Melanie is a pathologist (a doctor that performs autopsies on dead bodies) and is often busy with her work. Chris is obviously busy with the band too, but he and Melanie still managed to keep their friendship in tact and Chris was even close with Melanie's daughter, Sadie, and friends with Melanie's husband, John. After nearly ten years of marriage, Melanie finds herself divorced from John, and on her own with Sadie. So, whenever he is home from tour, one of Chris' top priorities is to help out Melanie around the house, with her dog, and with Sadie. Sadie and Chris are incredibly close. When Sadie was born, Chris was the first one to hold her after Melanie and John. So having Chris around more often is wonderful for Sadie; mostly because Chris is very understanding of her and incredibly open-minded. Sadie is just a bit...different, and Chris is the perfect example for her to show that being different is an okay and good thing. When tragedy strikes, Chris is immediately there for Melanie and Sadie and instantly knows how to comfort them. With being so close to Melanie this often now, Chris begins to realize that maybe, after all these years, he might have been looking at her the wrong way, and feelings may be starting to develop. Could Melanie be the one for him after all?

You asked, I delivered. This is the official sequel to my very first story on this website, "Break the Cycle". This story begins exactly where "Break the Cycle" left off; Christmas Day. It's a day of celebration for the Cerulli family, and the new year marks a new beginning for them all. That is, of course, until things get complicated. What happens when Max's mom ends up face down on the floor with a bottle in her hand? What happens when Max gets in a CAR with a bottle in HER hand? Or when Chris gets a call that Riley's kidnapping case is being reopened on the same night Jack's family gets a call that Phoebe's murder case has been reopened? Or when Carlie and Riley start to get close again? Or when Jack, Riley, Max, and Emily all end up sitting in the lobby of an abortion clinic in Connecticut? Or when the fact that Riley is a lesbian suddenly becomes an issue for some of her family members? Or when someone almost jumps off a building? Life is complicated; of this, we are all aware. However, it seems like life so far for the Cerulli family is only just getting started because what lays ahead, none of them saw coming. Will they survive the drama? Caroline was blind. Only a small percentage of those legally considered blind are COMPLETELY blind, but Caroline fell into that category. Maybe it was Caroline's optimistic outlook on life and the world despite being blind that made Chris fall in love with her. Maybe it was her bravery, her resilience, her independence, her independence - or maybe it was a combination of all of it.
