Having been resurrected by a spirit, Loki suddenly finds himself a person of interest of General Iroh. With no one and nowhere to go, Loki agrees to follow Iroh to the Fire Nation Capital to live with his close friend Hiroshi Ren and his wife. But not even Iroh could have anticipated the gifts the spirit had given Loki.
Even as a child, Azula hated being bossed around. And being born as a Fire Nation Princess often allowed her to avoid just that. However, when the Fire Lord himself orders her to seek refuge at the house of the Ren family, she has no choice but to oblige.

Heimat: a place that you can call home; a sense of belongingness, acceptance, safety and connection to homeland A decade has passed after the final battle between the Avatar and the Fire Nation, a decade after the defeat of their Fire Lord. It is a time of prosperity for most, but the crimes commited during the war couldn't be reversed. Benders were taken away from their families, people were slaughtered, their belongings, homes and land taken away. This, had been the instance when it came to the northwest part of the Earth Kingdom, that had went on to become the Fire Nation colonies. The people of the Fire Nation and the Earth Kingdom lived on in the land that was given to them and gradually, they became one. They collaborated and cooperated in order to live and so they got richer, learnt to depend on each other for their survival. By the end of the war, the people, even though they came from different backgrounds, were one. A decade after the end of the war, the Avatar is commanded to solve the matter of whether the former Fire Nation citizens need to move or not. Aang believes the nations need to be separated. The people in the colonies do not, hatred starts to grow in their hearts. The Avarar will need the help of a companion more than any other time, and there is no better person to aid him than the secret waterbender that's part of the Fire Nation fleet, the woman who risked her own life to get him to safety, even though this had been the first time they had met in their lives. There is an old folklore about the Children of the Forest. They were mortal spirits who were the First Benders with the ability to travel freely to the spirit world and to the human realm. Each with their own element of air, water, earth and fire. They were one with their elemental animals and travelled the spirit and human realm freely. Fire Lord Azulon was one of the very few humans aware that this folklore was more than a mere legend, although slightly altered, but factual. He sought out dragons and in one of his searches he found a Child of the Forest with a Fire Element by sheer unfortunate luck and after defeating her, he imprisoned her. (Y/N) was seen as the key object of victory within the Fire Nation and a driving force of power to their legacy and supremacy but to Zuko she was not a weapon of mass destruction or a spirit creature; she was so much more.
