This is a memoir that was not written to be as sorrowful as it is. This is not a story, but an experience. This is my most devastating moment written deeply enough to transport me back to that very moment. Though it lasted only a few minutes, it has always felt like my entire lifetime in one moment. This is not a story, this is what lies in my soul. Yet still, it is my fondest moment.
